Since I got a copy of the digital image...I thought I could post it up on here to educate those who want to see hips. Della is Pawcific Delphinium. She is the tri bitch without much white that mostly has stayed home to grow up. I am thinking of breeding her this year, waiting to see how things pan out. This was done by the BVS mobile vet clinic, no sedation. Anyone want to guess what OFA will say??? I definitely have my thoughts already.

I LOVE BVS... They did Chance's x-rays too! :) I bet you'll get a Fair... what did the vet there say??
Hi Traci! I was hoping more people would comment. BVS said that they looked like Excellent, but probably would come back Good. Surprised you say Fair, any reason in particular?
I first saw them the other day and thought good for sure. Nice and round and very tight into the socket without any edges. The right easily has over 50% in socket. My only concern is if the left does and that may make them a fair.
One of these days I am going to dig up all my pictures of x-ray's and do a comparison slide show or something like that. When I compare these with my past x-rays, I would put them into Good for sure. They aren't quite as good as my two Excellent's, but they are definitely better then most if not all of my Fairs.
I think the right side is pretty dang good but the left is questionable. Are these what are going to OFA? They aren't completely straight... but she was also awake... so maybe that's why. I need to dig up Jordi's and take a look at them again. I'm training some of the techs on radiology and Jordi might be the victim because I want to know what they are looking like now.
