Elma

Here comes the cutest well fed Pap puppy ever!!!

Elma made the trip to my house yesterday to start exploring and seeing the world! Below is a picture of her new pen. She is barely crawling right now but starting to get her little fat self on her feet! Miley is enjoying having some more room to walk around!

Nola puppies (picture of the day!)

Thought I would get a shot of Nola with her puppies today! They are getting big!

Nola puppies picture of the day...

And finally since we have to get at least one picture in of the Cardigan puppies...here they are all separated once again! I must add that the brindle girl definitely has a temper already! She squirms if you pick her up and complains about every little thing. Diva in the making!!!

Elma 2 weeks!

Elma is growing as usual! Her eyes are just opening up and she hated the fact that I was blinding her with a camera. Isn't she cute? :-)

Heather puppies...

I haven't put up many pictures of Heather's puppies yet as they have not been stable yet. Unfortunately they have been struggling this past week and we are hopeful that they are finally stable enough to just gain weight from here. 5 puppies is a big litter for a little Papillon and we think part of the problem is that Heather is not producing enough milk. So, we are supplementing with bottles and hopeful that they will all keep coming along. The good thing is that they have been strong and never have given up the will to live. Good thoughts for this litter are still needed and especially for my Mom, who has been amazing in taking care of them. Without her, they would not have made it!

Here are all 5 of them. The little one at the bottom is the one we are most concerned about. They are a week old in these pictures if you can imagine!

Here is a close up of the 3 boys.

Nola puppies (picture(s) of the day!)

Me and little spotted boy...(see below)

One of the boys, looking like he is licking his foot! More like having puppy dreams of nursing, but I thought it was too cute!

Nola puppies (picture of the day!)

This is especially for Shelley...who reminded me that her beautiful girl Dolly came from a litter of all sables except for that one lone brindle girl, who became that famous Dolly. I am a huge Dolly fan! (if you don't know already!)

When I came into the room this afternoon, all but one was lined up in a row...and as you can see that brindle girl already has a mind of her own! She was perfectly content on her back when everyone else was on their sides! :-)

Elma 1 week old!

Here is lil' Elma (who is not so little) at a week old! She is over a pound already and as big as my Cardigan puppies. A monster of a girl but definitely a pretty one. She is out of Miley and Rumor.

Heather's puppies born!

Heather had 5 puppies last night. This is a big litter for a Papillon, so we are hopeful that everything will go smoothly. All of them are pictured above. I will get better pictures done when I get some more sleep!

Still waiting patiently....

Since many have asked me...Nola is about had it with being pregnant! She is miserable...looks at me with these eyes of "please help me, I'm so uncomfortable!". Her approximate due date has passed, so I am hoping she will get on with it soon. In the meantime we are still waiting patiently for the arrival of Cardigan puppies!

Updates on Pap puppies...lil' Elma is doing great! Her and Miley are at my Mom's house right now. Heather is about a day over her due date. Last time she whelped three days over her due date...so I am expecting by the end of this week she will have her puppies. She is as huge as Nola, just in a Pap form!!

More updates soon!!

Sparky is off to Arizona!!

Sparky landed safely in Arizona today. He has gone to be with Dawna Sims of Painted Seven Ranch in Dewey, AZ. All fingers are crossed that everything goes smoothly and there will be more Sparky puppies in July! Also, while he is in AZ, Dawna is planning on working him in herding, to get a better idea what it might take to get some herding titles on the end of his name. I am very excited!!

Puppy arrival countdown...

Here at Pawcific we are counting down the days till we have our next litters of puppies. As it stands I have three girls due to whelp the first part of next week, although they could come as early as this weekend. Here is the embarrassing pregnant pictures...sorry girls...(sorry about the red eye, my poor camera skills again!)

Miley...see my tummy is full of pups!

Heather excited to be on the couch during her "spa treatment", bath and brush for all the girls!

Tummy rub...she will need a second bath as she keeps digging holes! Yup, getting close!

And finally Nola!

A really good shot of her belly poking out the sides.

And a stand torso twist...she can hardly stand up on the wood floor right now.

So...any guesses on how many we have coming??? :-)
